After drawing up a customized strategic plan with the business partner, we take charge of pre-selecting, selecting, interviewing and validating candidates (technical skills, diploma, background check, etc.) based on the client’s requirements. All essential documents are also expedited by our immigration team.
Throughout the process, our business partners have full access to our cutting-edge technological tools and the members of our impressive “humans first” team.
Our team, which is qualified to manage every task in the process, includes immigrant specialists recognized by the government (ICCRC) to handle all immigration, administrative and legal paperwork, including the relevant permits for accompanying persons/resources, if needed.

It is important to note that the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) permit is a closed permit which has the candidate working exclusively for a two-year period for the sponsoring company.
