Our company is specialized in the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP), which brings foreign human capital to work in Canada with a closed work permit, meaning that their visa and work permit are attached to the employer who sponsored their process (as they pay most of the costs involved). This process is made through the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), plus a certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ) for the jobs in the province of Quebec, before the work permit request.

Additionally, we offer integration programmes in an à la carte way: On the foreign workers side, there is our Newcomers Academy, which consists of 16 pre-arrival capsules containing all the essential information to support the newcomers to integrate optimally into their host society. On the company’s side, there are our three training modules that prepare the company to properly welcome and include their foreign workers: Selection Process in an International Recruitment Context; Developing Leadership Skills in Diversity Management; and Welcoming and Inclusion of Foreign Workers in the Workplace, putting the human first. We can also offer the welcoming service (coordination of reception upon arrival, search for airline tickets, search for ground transportation), as well as a support service for integration into the workplace.
